- fish sauce 0.67 cup
- ginger 1 tsp
- brown sugar 1 tbsp
- curry paste 1 tbsp
- oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Pastis 2 Tbsp
- pork 800 g
- cocount oil 1 tbsp
- onion 1 medium-sized
- garlic 1 clove
- bell pepper 2
- pak choi
- cocount milk 400 g
- rice

1Make a marinade by mixing fish sauce with grated ginger , brown sugar , curry paste , oyster sauce , roasted sesame seeds and Pastis .

2Dice the pork and marinate in the fridge for a few hours

3In a sauteeing pan , melt cocount oil caramelize (over 6 min ) a thinly diced onion and some garlic (add the garlic a few minutes after the onion). Then, add the pork and the marinade and turn the heat up.

4Add some sliced vegetables ( bell pepper , pak choi ) and roast for a while. Make sure that nothing sticks to the pan.

5Add cocount milk and reduce for at least 15 min at low temperature.

6Serve with rice and sesame seeds on top.
