  • tomatoes 200 g
  • garlic entire
  • chili 4 tsp
  • spaghetti 300 g
  • parmesan 120 g
  • basil 1 handful

    In a skillet on very low heat, roast tomatoes and an entire garlic . Add chili . This should take 20 min .

    Cook spaghetti al-dente. Leave them on the water once they're ready.

    Meanwhile, in a small mixer, mix parmesan with basil .

    Serve spaghetti with the paste on top, garnish with parmesan
