- tomatoes 200 g
- garlic entire
- chili 4 tsp
- spaghetti 300 g
- parmesan 120 g
- basil 1 handful

1In a skillet on very low heat, roast tomatoes and an entire garlic . Add chili . This should take 20 min .

2Cook spaghetti al-dente. Leave them on the water once they're ready.

3Meanwhile, in a small mixer, mix parmesan with basil .

4Serve spaghetti with the paste on top, garnish with parmesan
