- ground beef 500 g
- onion 2

- tomato puree 500 g
- red wine 1 cup
- tomato paste 3 tbsp
- water 200 ml
- corn 1 can
- beans 1 can
- tortillas
- sour cream
- grated cheese

1In a big pan, saute ground beef . Meanwhile, cut the onion to small cubes.

2Short before the ground beef is cooked through, drain the grease and add the chopped onions. Keep roasting the ingredients.

3Cut red pepper to small cubes. Add them, together with salt , paprika , merken , pepper , and chile chipotle

4Add tomato puree , red wine , tomato paste , and 200ml of either water or stock.

5Cook at the lowest temperature possible where it keeps boiling for at least 30 min .

6Add drained corn (aprox. 300g) and beans (aprox. 450g). The beans can be mixed.

7Mix and cook for 5 min , serve. For serving, use tortillas , sour cream , or grated cheese
