Mini crayfish pokΓ© bowl and Simply Ponzu sauce
π₯ Ingredients
- smoked salmon 100 gram
- cooked cray fish 100 gram
- cucumber 50 gram
- avocado Β½
- mango 50 gram
- spring onion 50 gram
- fresh orange juice 60 gram
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- mirin 2 tbsp
- sesame oil 2 tsp
- chilli flakes
- tobiko
- black sesame seeds

2Cut the smoked salmon , cooked cray fish , cucumber , avocado and mango into small cubes.

3Cut the spring onion into small rings.

4// Simply ponzu sauce

5For the Simply Ponzu sauce: mix fresh orange juice , soy sauce , mirin , sesame oil and a dash of chilli flakes with a whisk .

6Plate the dish in small bowls and add a dash of the Simply Ponzu sauce to it.

7Serve part of the sauce on the side.

8Dress with tobiko (orange flying fish eggs) and black sesame seeds .
