Wagyu sirloin steak
grilled wagyu sirloin steak with truffle, mushrooms and grilled spring onions

- wagyu sirloin steaks 80 gram per person
- salt
- pepper
- mushrooms 300 gram
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- asparagus 4

- cast iron grill

1Make sure that the wagyu sirloin steaks is at room temperature before use.

2Pre-heat a cast iron grill pan to high heat.

3Season the meat with salt and pepper .

4Briefly grill the wagyu beef on both sides.

5Keep at 50C until use.

6Clean the mushrooms and add salt and pepper to taste.

7Briefly sautΓ© them in olive oil .

8Prepare the asparagus .

9Serve the sirloin steaks with the mushrooms and asparagus, and add the red wine sauce.
