- egg yolk 1
- French mustard 1 tsp
- Worcester sauce 1 tsp
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- sunflower oil 300 ml
- salt
- black pepper
- lemon Β½

1Mix the egg yolk , French mustard , Worcester sauce , vinegar in a large bowl.

2While continuously whisking, slowly add sunflower oil until the mixture is smooth.

3Add salt and black pepper to taste.

4Finally, stir juice from the lemon into the mayonnaise.
