Frisée salad

🥘 Ingredients

  • lemon 1
  • flat leave parsley 1 bundle
  • tomatoes 3
  • capers 1 tbsp
  • basil 1 bundle
  • frisée
  • chervil 1 small bundle
  • aceto balsamico
  • extra vierge olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

🍳 Cookware

  • peeler

    Peel the lemon with a peeler .
  2. 2
    Cut the zest into a very fine jullienne (fine strips).
  3. 3
    Take the leaves of the flat leave parsley and finely chop.
  4. 4
    Skin the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
  5. 5
    Cut the skinned tomatoes into a very fine julienne.
  6. 6
    Cut the capers and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

    Take off the basil and cut into a very fine julienne.

    Take the yellow bits off the frisée and mix it with the salad.

    Pluck the leaves from the chervil and mix them with the salad.

    Mix the aceto balsamico with extra vierge olive oil into a nice dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.

    Just before serving the dish, we mix the dressing with the salad.
