Frisée salad
fresh salad with frisee for garnishing the tomato tartare
🥘 Ingredients
- lemon 1
- flat leave parsley 1 bundle
- tomatoes 3
- capers 1 tbsp
- basil 1 bundle
- frisée
- chervil 1 small bundle
- aceto balsamico
- extra vierge olive oil
- salt
- pepper
🍳 Cookware
- peeler

1Peel the lemon with a peeler .

2Cut the zest into a very fine jullienne (fine strips).

3Take the leaves of the flat leave parsley and finely chop.

4Skin the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

5Cut the skinned tomatoes into a very fine julienne.

6Cut the capers and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

7Take off the basil and cut into a very fine julienne.

8Take the yellow bits off the frisée and mix it with the salad.

9Pluck the leaves from the chervil and mix them with the salad.

10Mix the aceto balsamico with extra vierge olive oil into a nice dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.

11Just before serving the dish, we mix the dressing with the salad.
