Mushrooms rusticana
π₯ Ingredients
- large mushrooms 1 per person
- salt
- coarse ground pepper
- olive oil 1 drop per mushroom
- honey 1 drop per mushroom
- onion Β½
- red bell pepper 1
- cherry tomatos 80 grams
- green olives 1 tbsp
- fresh oregano 2 sprigs
- olive oil 1 dash
- salt
- course ground pepper
- old grated cheese

- oven
- oven tray
- baking sheet

1// prepare the mushrooms Pre-heat the oven to 200C.

2Place large mushrooms , caps down, on an oven tray , lined with a baking sheet .

3Add salt and coarse ground pepper to taste.

4Add olive oil and honey to the cap of the mushrooms.

5Place the oven tray in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes .

6// prepare the rusticana Cut onion , red bell pepper , cherry tomatos to small pieces.

7Cut green olives into rings.

8Chop the leaves of fresh oregano .

9Heat olive oil in a deep pan and add all the cut ingredients.

10Let the ingredients caramelize on low heat.

11Cook the ingredients until done and add salt and course ground pepper to taste.

12Put the rusticana into the cap of the mushrooms.

13Sprinkle old grated cheese on top.

14Gratinate the cheese just before serving.
