1Soak mung bean seeds in water for 8 to 16 hours.

2Fill sprouting machine reservoir with water.

3Assemble the machine, except for the sprinkler.

4Pour off the soaking water and divide the seeds. Spread the seeds out onto the two trays. Place the trays in the machine.

5Attach the sprinkler and cover.

6Select the season based on the temperature of the room.
