- milk 1.17 cup
- large baked potatoes 0.67
- green onions 0.67
- shredded cheddar cheese 0.2 cup
- sour cream 0.17 cup

1Place bacon in a large skillet . Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

2In a stock pot , melt margarine over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk , whisking constant until thickened. Stir in large baked potatoes and green onions . Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

3Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes . Mix in bacon, shredded cheddar cheese , and sour cream . Then add salt , and pepper to taste. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
