  • flour 0.11 cup
  • milk 1.17 cup
  • large baked potatoes 0.67
  • green onions 0.67
  • shredded cheddar cheese 0.2 cup
  • sour cream 0.17 cup
  • salt
  • pepper

    Place bacon in a large skillet . Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

    In a stock pot , melt margarine over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk , whisking constant until thickened. Stir in large baked potatoes and green onions . Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

    Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes . Mix in bacon, shredded cheddar cheese , and sour cream . Then add salt , and pepper to taste. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
