1Toss whole baby octopus in fennel fronds , salt , red pepper flakes and olive oil . Seal with vaccuum sealer and leave in fridge to marinate for 8 hour Cook with sous vide at 77Β°C for 8 hour Hold until use, charring with Searzall before serving
