- bulgur wheat ¾ cup
- onion ¼
- mint 0.4 oz
- ground beef 1 lb
- egg 1
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- ras el hanout 2 tbsp
- salt ½ tsp
- pepper ½ tsp
- bulgur wheat

1Soak bulgur wheat in warm water for 30 minutes .

2Mix onion , mint , ground beef , egg and olive oil .

3Season with ras el hanout , salt and pepper .

4Drain bulgur wheat and mix with the remaining ingredients.

5Pre-heat oven to 375F.

6Grease the baking sheet with olive oil and spread the mix uniformly.

7Bake for 30 minutes .
