- tomato sauce 1000 g
- cocoa powder 15 g
- bay leaf 1
- salt 2 tsp
- black beans 380 g
- kidney beans 380 g
- lime juice 2 tbsp
- cilantro 10 g

- large pot

1Sauté onions with olive oil in a large pot until soft and translucent.

2Add garlic and cook for another minute.

3Add cayenne pepper , cumin , oregano , Spanish chili , jalapeño chili , habanero chili , and stir for about 2 minutes .

4Add tomato sauce , cocoa powder , bay leaf salt , and bring to a simmer for at least 5 minutes .

5Add black beans and kidney beans , and leave on low-medium heat for about 20 minutes while stirring every now and then.

6Add lime juice and cilantro , and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
