  • plant-based milk 275 g
  • vegetable oil 30 g

    Mix flour , baking powder , vanilla powder , sugar in a large bowl .

    Separate eggs into yolks and whites using separate bowls .

    Whisk the egg whites using an electric whisk until stiff peaks form.

    In the bowl with the egg yolks, add plant-based milk and vegetable oil , and mix together.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
