- tomatoes 1 large
- buffalo mozzarella 2 balls
- basil 1 bunch
- salt
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- balsamic glaze 1 tbsp

1Start by layering slices of tomatoes on a serving platter .

2Tuck slices of buffalo mozzarella between each tomato so both are visible then tuck whole basil leaves between the cheese and tomatoes. Arrange the slices so you can see every layer.

3Just before serving, season generously with salt , drizzle all over with olive oil , and drizzle with balsamic glaze .
