- tahini 100 g
- garlic 3 cloves
- lemon juice 1 dl
- canned chickpeas 690 g
- olive oil Β½ dl
- cumin 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- ice water 3 dl
- smoked paprika 1 tsp

- food processor

1Add tahini , garlic , and lemon juice to a food processor , and mix for about 2 minutes until it starts looking like whipped cream.

2Add canned chickpeas , olive oil , cumin , salt and mix until smooth and creamy. Gradually add up to ice water until you reach the consistency you want.

3Garnish with smoked paprika .
