Hummus

  • tahini 100 g
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • lemon juice 1 dl
  • canned chickpeas 690 g
  • olive oil Β½ dl
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • ice water 3 dl
  • smoked paprika 1 tsp

  • food processor

    Add tahini , garlic , and lemon juice to a food processor , and mix for about 2 minutes until it starts looking like whipped cream.

    Add canned chickpeas , olive oil , cumin , salt and mix until smooth and creamy. Gradually add up to ice water until you reach the consistency you want.

    Garnish with smoked paprika .
