π₯ Ingredients
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- onion 1 head
- carrot 1
- salt 1 pinch
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- red lentils 250 g
- water 4 glasses
- Turkish Spice Mix 1 tbsp
- lemon
- parsley
- mint

1Heat olive oil on medium heat and put in it finely chopped onion , carrot and a pinch of salt . Cook for 5-6 minutes and add chopped garlic .

2Wash and add the red lentils and water . Cook until the lentils are fully cooked - about 10-12 minutes after boiling.

3Add Turkish Spice Mix and cook for 5 minutes .

4Mash and salt to taste. If necessary, add warm water and bring to a boil again.

5Serve with lemon and finely chopped parsley and mint .
