π₯ Ingredients
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- onion 2 heads
- salt
- garlic 6-7 cloves
- Spizing Moroccan Spice Mix 2 tbsp
- fresh parsley 1 handful
- coriander 1 handful
- tomatoes 400 g
- boiled chickpeas 220 g
- lemon 1
- chicken legs 1kg
- broth 1 teacup
- green olives
- cous cous
- rice

1Heat up at medium temperature olive oil .

2Add onion , salt and stew for about 10-15 minutes stirring periodically.

3Add garlic finely chopped.

4Add Spizing Moroccan Spice Mix and stew for 2-3 minutes

5(Optionally) Put finely chopped fresh parsley and / or coriander and mix well

6Put tomatoes can, 1 box of boiled chickpeas and juice of an lemon

7If you make stew with chicken - add boneless chicken legs , cut into pieces of 2-3 cm and water / broth . Cover, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 40 minutes

8If you are making a vegetarian stew - cook chickpeas for 10 minutes before adding 1 kg. roasted with olive oil and salt vegetables of your choice.

9(Optionally) Add green olives

10Serve with cous cous or rice
