- bell peppers 2 chopped
- red onion 1 sliced
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- dried oregano 1 tsp
- garlic powder 1 tsp
- salt
- black pepper
- fresh basil 2 tbsp
- crusty bread

1Preheat oven to 200Β°C.

2Place Italian sausages in a large roasting tin .

3Add cannellini beans , bell peppers , red onion , and cherry tomatoes .

4Drizzle with olive oil and season with dried oregano , garlic powder , salt , and black pepper .

5Toss everything together to coat well.

6Bake for 30-35 minutes until sausages are golden and vegetables are tender.
