- chicken legs 4
- yogurt 300 g
- onion 1
- garlic 3 cloves
- tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Turkish Spice mix 0.2 tbsp
- lemon Β½
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt 1 tbsp

- pan with a grill

1Cut chicken legs into equal pieces.

2Mix yogurt with chopped onion , crushed garlic , tomato paste , Turkish Spice mix , juice of a lemon , olive oil and salt . Stir well and marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour .

3String the meat on skewers.

4Bake on maximum grill in a pan with a grill for about 40 minutes until the meat is cooked and tanned at the corners. Turn over the middle of the roast.
