- olive oil 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- chili
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- salmon 250 g
- sesame seeds

1Using a peeler , cut the cucumber into strips. Slice the red onion into thin pieces. Mix the sliced vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with a dressing of the juice of 1 lime , olive oil , 2 tbsp soy sauce , honey and chili .

2In another bowl mix 1 tbsp soy sauce and juice of 1 lime. Dip the salmon in the dressing and then sprinkle generously with sesame seeds .

3Bake the marinated salmon for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

4The fish is served with the Asian salad.
