- asparagus 400 g
- lemon 1
- salmon fillets 4
- dill 1 tsp

- dill 1 tbsp
- lemon juice 1 tsp

1Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (180Β°C fan).

2Cut baby potatoes in half and place on a baking tray . Drizzle with olive oil , salt , and black pepper .

3Roast for 15 minutes .

4Meanwhile, trim asparagus and cut lemon into slices.

5Remove tray from oven. Push potatoes to one side and add asparagus.

6Place salmon fillets on top of vegetables. Season with dill , salt , and black pepper .

7Top each salmon fillet with lemon slices and dot with butter .

8Return to oven for 10 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.

9Serve with a dollop of sour cream mixed with fresh dill and lemon juice .
