- noodles 200 g
- salted water 1 l
- shallot 1 head
- ginger
- beef broth 750 ml
- cinnamon
- star anise
- green onion
- green peper bell 1
- chinese cabbage
- lime 1
- beef steak 200 g

1Boil noodles in salted water in a pot

2Fry shallot and ginger in cacerola for 5 minutes .

3Mix it with beef broth , cinnamon and star anise and leave it to simmer for 10 minutes at low heat.

4Cut green onion to slices, green peper bell to julienne and chop the chinese cabbage . Cut lime into 8 pieces.

5Cut the beef steak to julliene.

6Mix the beef and all sliced vegetables to the simmering broth and simmer for another 5 minutes .

7Plate with the noodles.
