Healthy raspberry muffins

  • oats 200 g
  • almond flour 100 g
  • baking powder 2 tbsp
  • salt a pinch of
  • bananas 2
  • oat milk 250 ml
  • ghee 80 g
  • raspberries 150 g

🍳 Cookware

  • bowl
  • silicone muffin tray
  1. 1
    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

    Mix the oats , almond flour , baking powder and salt in a bowl . Add the mashed bananas , oat milk and melted ghee . Finally add the frozen/fresh raspberries .

    Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin tray .
  4. 4
    Bake for about 25 minutes .
