- salt ¼ tbsp
- lemon ½
- oil 250 ml
- black papper ¼ tbsp
- white papper ¼ tbsp
- garlic ¼ tsbp
- wasabi ¼ tbsp
- mustard ¼ tbsp

1Separate the egg whites from the yolk and place it in a bowl .

2Mix the egg yolk, salt , fresh lemon juice, oil (can be combination of 200 ml sunflower and 50 ml olive), ground black papper (or white papper ), ground garlic

3Blend for a 10 seconds then pull upwards until you get cool creamy consistency.

4Optionally you can add wasabi or mustard and blend again for another 5 seconds .
