   Bring water to a boil.

   Measure oolong .

   Pour some water into the teapot and wash the leaves for 10 seconds .

   Throw out water. Reboil and pour water into secondary vessel. Pour this water into the teapot.

   Brew for 1 minute on first steep. Brew for 30 seconds on each subsequent one.
