  • tomato 2*
  • cumin seeds
  • &onion
  • garlic 7* cloves
  • &tomato
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • dhana jeroo
  • garam masala
  • red chili powder
  • &chickpeas

    Take chickpeas and thoroughly rinse.

    Cut onion . Cut tomato and grind them.
  3. 3
    Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds . Add cut &onion and wait for it to become golden. Then grind onion and add back. Add chopped garlic and cook for 3 minutes .

    Add &tomato with a pinch of salt and cook until the oil starts separating
  5. 5
    Add turmeric , dhana jeroo , garam masala , and red chili powder to taste.

    Add &chickpeas and water as needed. Cook for 7 minutes
