π₯ Ingredients
- honey 120 g
- red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
- white cabbage 1 small
- coriander 2 heaped%tsp
- rue 2 tsp
- asofoetida powder 2 pinches
- salt

1Make the honey vinegar. Boil honey and skim it, add red wine vinegar and reduce a little. Store until needed.

2Finely slice white cabbage , wash and drain. Toss with the herbs ( coriander in oil, rue ) and 3 tbsp of honey vinegar, and sprinkle with asofoetida powder and a little salt
