Fish and Chips Traybake

  • white fish fillets 4 150g each

  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • frozen peas 200 g
  • lemon 1 cut into wedges
  • malt vinegar

    Preheat oven to 220Β°C.

    Cut potatoes into chunky chips and place in a large roasting tin .

    Drizzle with oil , season with salt and black pepper , and toss to coat.

    Bake for 20 minutes .

    Meanwhile, season white fish fillets with salt , black pepper , and lemon juice .

    Push potatoes to one side of the tin and add the fish fillets.
  8. 8
    Add frozen peas to the other side of the tin.

    Bake for another 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily and potatoes are golden.

    Serve with lemon and malt vinegar .
