- white fish fillets 4 150g each
- salt
- black pepper
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- frozen peas 200 g
- lemon 1 cut into wedges
- malt vinegar

2Preheat oven to 220Β°C.

3Cut potatoes into chunky chips and place in a large roasting tin .

4Drizzle with oil , season with salt and black pepper , and toss to coat.

5Bake for 20 minutes .

6Meanwhile, season white fish fillets with salt , black pepper , and lemon juice .

7Push potatoes to one side of the tin and add the fish fillets.

8Add frozen peas to the other side of the tin.

9Bake for another 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily and potatoes are golden.

10Serve with lemon and malt vinegar .
