  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • garlic 3 cloves, minced
  • ginger 1 tsp, grated
  • sesame oil 1 tsp
  • salmon fillets 4 150g each
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp

    Preheat oven to 200Β°C.

    Place broccoli and bell peppers in a large roasting tin .

    Drizzle with olive oil , season with salt and black pepper , and toss to coat.

    Bake for 10 minutes .

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl , whisk together honey , soy sauce , garlic , ginger , and sesame oil .

    Place salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.

    Brush salmon with the honey garlic glaze.

    Bake for another 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
