- broccoli 300 g
- bell peppers 2
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
- honey 3 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves, minced
- ginger 1 tsp, grated
- sesame oil 1 tsp
- salmon fillets 4 150g each
- sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- scallions 2

1Preheat oven to 200Β°C.

2Place broccoli and bell peppers in a large roasting tin .

3Drizzle with olive oil , season with salt and black pepper , and toss to coat.

4Bake for 10 minutes .

5Meanwhile, in a small bowl , whisk together honey , soy sauce , garlic , ginger , and sesame oil .

6Place salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.

7Brush salmon with the honey garlic glaze.

8Bake for another 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

9Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
