1In a large bowl , mash the chickpeas with a potato masher until flaky in texture.

2Add the celery , bell pepper , pickles , hummus , mustard , dill , parsley , and lemon juice . Mix well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper , adjusting seasoning to taste.
