- new potatoes 800 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp

- black pepper
- chicken thighs 8
- paprika 1 tsp
- garlic powder 1 tsp
- salt

- lemon 1
- rosemary 2 sprigs

1Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (180Β°C fan).

2Cut new potatoes in half and place on a large baking tray . Drizzle with olive oil , salt , and black pepper .

3Roast for 20 minutes .

4Meanwhile, season chicken thighs with paprika , garlic powder , salt , and black pepper .

5Remove tray from oven, push potatoes to the sides, and place chicken thighs skin-side up in the center.

6Add lemon (cut into wedges) and rosemary to the tray.

7Return to oven and roast for another 30 minutes until chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75Β°C).

8Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
