π₯ Ingredients
- bacon 2 oz
- butter 2 tbsp
- pepper 1 each
- scallions 1 each
- milk 6 oz
- potatoes 6 oz
- boullion 1 cube
- old bay seasoning 1 tbsp
- corn Β½ cans
- cream cheese 2 tbsp
- shredded cheese ΒΌ cups

1Fry the bacon so that you can crumble it once it cools and set aside.

2Melt butter in a saucepan. Add pepper , the whites of the scallions , salt, and black pepper. Stir until browned.

3Slowly add milk until fully incorporated. Add potatoes , boullion , and half the old bay seasoning . Bring to a boil, cook until potatoes are tender.

4Once potatoes are tender, mash them. Then add corn , cream cheese , and shredded cheese . Stir and water down until the right consistency is reached (your preference).

5Add bacon back into the chowder. Garnish with the greens of the scallions.
