- bread crumbs
- cheese
- ground chicken 1 lb
- garlic
- tomatoes 0.33 lb
- garlic 2 cloves
- cream ΒΎ cups
- cheese 0.33 cups
- pasta 1 lb

1In bowl, combine bread crumbs , cheese , ground chicken , and garlic . Form into balls and pan fry until fully cooked. When done, add to sauce and simmer.

2In same pan, Lightly fry either plum or cherry tomatoes and garlic . Once very soft, lower heat and add cream to the pan. Sautee until tomatoes all but disolve. Add romano or parmesan cheese and melt into sauce.

3Prepare pasta in the normal way. When cooked, add to sauce.
