π₯ Ingredients
- garlic 4 cloves
- ginger 2 tsp
- curry powder 3 tbsp
- chili flakes Β½ tsp
- salt Β½ tsp
- mango chutney 100 g
- coconut milk 400 ml
- onion 1 large
- chicken thighs 1 kg
- garam masala 1 tsp

- slow cooker (crock pot)
- forks

1Put garlic , ginger , curry powder , chili flakes , salt , mango chutney , coconut milk , onion , and chicken thighs into the slow cooker (crock pot) .

2Give it a good stir.

3Put the lid on and cook on HIGH for 4 hour or LOW for at least 6 hours .

4When the chicken is tender and falling apart, gently shred it with two forks and stir in the garam masala .

5Mix well until everything is coated and softened in the sauce.
