- beef loin 120 g
- red onion 15 g
- salt ΒΌ tsp
- pepper 0.2 tsp
- Worcester sauce 15 g
- ciabatta 2 slices

1Remove any excess fat or sinew and finely dice the beef loin or beef fillet.

2Peel and finely dice the red onion .

3Mix together the diced beef and onion in a mixing bowl , season with salt , pepper and Worcester sauce . You can also add some finely chopped parsley to the tar-tar.

4Toast the ciabatta in a pan without oil. It's nice to use a griddle pan to get the toasted lines.

5Place the tar-tar on a plate and serve with the ciabatta and a wedge of lemon.
