Heat a #sauté pan{} over medium heat and fry the bacon until golden and crisp. Lift the bacon out of the pan and let it drain on a piece of kitchen paper. Rinse and slice the @leeks{2} into thin rings. Fry the leeks soft and glossy in the bacon fat for ~soften{4%minutes} over medium heat. Add the @orzo pasta{300%g} to the pan and pour in the @water{6%dl} and the @vegetable stock{10%g}. Let the pasta cook for ~simmer{7%minutes} until al dente. If the @peas{200%g} are fresh, pod them. Grate the @parmesan{50%g} coarsely. When the pasta is nearly tender, add the @cream{0.5%dl}, the juice of the @lemon{1}, the peas and two thirds of the grated parmesan. Stir until the pasta is creamy. Season to taste with @salt{1%pinch} and @pepper{1%pinch}. Serve the pasta with the bacon and the rest of the parmesan on top.
