>> servings: 4 >> source: https://www.nemlig.com/opskrifter/pad-thai-98003894 >> course: Dinner, Main >> cuisine: Thai >> method: Wok Soak the @rice noodles{400%g} in hot, not boiling, water for ~soak{15%minutes}. Peel and chop the @garlic{3%clove}. Crack the @eggs{4} into a bowl, dividing them between two bowls when serving more than two people. Chop the @peanuts{80%g}, rinse the @bean sprouts{125%g}, slice the @spring onions{0.5%bunch} and cut the @lime{2} into wedges. Cook in two batches when serving more than two people. Fry half the portion at a time with half the ingredients, otherwise the noodles are hard to fry. Heat a good amount of oil in a #wok{} and first fry the garlic and the @prawns{300%g} until the prawns take on a little colour. Add the noodles with @water{1%dl} and let them soften and come together. Push the noodles to the side and add the eggs. Let them fry a little while stirring, then mix them through. Add the @pad thai sauce{150%g} along with the bean sprouts, saving a little for the garnish. Plate the noodles with the spring onions, peanuts, bean sprouts and lime wedges.
