Blend together @lemon juice{2%Tbsp}, @sugar{3%Tbsp}, @pepper{1/4%tsp}, @salt{} to taste, @beef bouillon powder{1%Tbsp}, @red wine vinegar{1/2%cup}, and @apple cider vinegar{1/2%cup} and @oil{1%cup}. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Let stand overnight to mellow flavors. Makes 6-8 servings.
