@butter{1%cube}
@powdered sugar{3.5%c}
@cocoa{1/2%c}
@hot water{3%oz}

Blend thoroughly in bowl the butter, cocoa, 1/2 of the powdered sugar and @hot water{2%oz}. Add remaining sugar and water and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
