--- servings: 2 --- Make @jasmine rice{1%cup}. In a bowl, mix @soy sauce{3%tbsp} and @sesame oil{1%tsp}. Cut @chicken strips{500%g} into cubes, and mix with @baking soda{3/4%tsp} in a container. Seal container and leave in fridge for ~{20%minutes}. Chop @onion{1}, @carrot{3}, @baby cabbage{1}, @broccolini{200%g}, and @spring onions{2}. Remove chicken from fridge, rinse thoroughly and strain. Heat up @olive oil{1%tbsp} and @sesame oil{1%tsp} in a #pan{}. Add the chicken and cook until cooked through. It does not have to be crispy. Remove and put aside. In the same pan, add @olive oil{1%tbsp} and @sesame oil{1%tsp}. Add onions and cook until soft. Add @garlic{3%clove}, grated @ginger{1%nub} and finely chopped @chilli{1}. Cook until fragrant. Add carrot, baby cabbage, broccolini and white parts of spring onion. Cook until soft. In a separate pan, scramble @egg{3}. Add eggs to main pan. Add rice and stir. Add chicken and stir. Add soy sauce mixture and stir. Top with green parts of spring onion.
