Whisk dry ingredients. 2. Mix wet smooth. 3. Combine gently, rest 20min (flax gels). 4. Adjust thickness with milk. 5. Small pancakes (2-3 tbsp), med heat, flip when edges set. ## Notes - Small size/med heat prevents dense/soggy. - Optional: 1 tbsp oil in batter. - Safe for 11mo old.
