Add @vodka{2%fl oz}, @mint syrup{1/2%fl oz}, @cocoa bitters{3%dashes} @cocomilk{1 ½%fl oz}. 

Shake on ice. 

Strain into @ice filled #rocks glass{} and garnish with an @After Eight chocolate{1} and a mint leaf.
