Add @pisco{2%fl oz}, @lime juice{1%fl oz}, @simple syrup{¾%fl oz}, @egg white{1} to a #shaker{} without ice.

Shake vigoursly for ~{15%seconds}.

Add @ice{} to the shaker and shake again for ~{20%seconds}.
