Mix the @icing sugar{150%gr} and the @lemon juice{45%ml} until smooth consistency is achieved.

> Replace the lemon juice with coffee, rum, lime, passion fruit... depending on the recipe.

Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and spread evenly with a spatula.
