Whisk @egg{2%large} and @granulated sugar{0.5%cup} until light yellow and fluffy. Then whisk in @granulated sugar{4%tbsp}. Add the flour, matcha, and salt to the egg mixture and whisk just until combined. Add in @coconut oil{4%tbsp} and whisk again. Lightly oil a #ceramic dish{} and transfer the batter to it. Place the dish into a larger #metal baking pan{} and add enough of the hottest tap water so that the dish is filled halfway. Bake for ~{40%minutes}. Enjoy
