Add @mascarpone{500%g} and whisk
Whisk whites of 4 eggs with @salt{1/2%tsp} until stiff peaks
Softly mix the whites with the yolks
Dip @lady fingers{15} into @espresso{8%shots} and line bottom of containers
Cover with egg mixture and go crazy with @cocoa powder{1%crazy}
Cover and refergerate for ~{3%hours}
