Chop @beef loin{300%g}
Heat @nitter kibbeh{5%tbsp} with @mitmita{1%tbsp}, ground @black peppercorns{1%tsp}, ground @korerima{1%pinch}, @salt{1%tsp} and @nitter kibbeh{1%tbsp} in a pan
Pour over beef and mix well. 
Season more with mitmita and salt if needed
Heat @nitter kibbeh{2%tbsp} and pour over top
Warm beef in pan and serve
