Cool down slightly. Transfer to a grinder. Grind to a fine powder. Add @ginger{2%tsp}, @garlic{3%clove} and @lemon juice{3%tbsp} (or vinegar, or tamarind paste) into the grinder. Process to a smooth paste. Add a little water if needed.
