Combine @olive oil{5%tbsp}, @lemon juice{}, @minced garlic{2%cloves}, @harissa{1%tsp}, @paprika{1%tsp}, @salt{} and @maple syrup{1.5%tbsp}. Mix @cilantro{} and @chopped walnuts{}. Assemble everything in a bowl.
